_ Avoid travel on newer, illegally created
trails and loops
_ Stay on the established, well-traveled main roads
_ Camping is allowed; choose an existing campsite or area already
disturbed to minimize resource impacts.
_ Set up camp no more than 50 feet from the road at an existing campsite
_ Pack out all trash; Leave the campsite cleaner than you found it.
_ Campfires are allowed. Firewood is scarce; gather dead, down and
detached wood only for use during your visit. Woodcutting on the
Monument is prohibited. Make sure your campfire is completely out
before leaving the area.
