Council Lake

We love this place, it's just a classic campground.
Beautiful camping area and campground. There are
not any picnic tables, just firerings and an outhouse.
There are several campgrounds and sites on Road#23,
but this is our favorite.

There is a boat ramp.
No gas engines allowed, electric boat motors okay.

DIRECTIONS:
From Hwy 12, at Randle, go south on Hwy.131.
A couple miles take road #23 south.
Council Lake is 34 miles from Randle
(just before milepost 33)

From I-5 at Exit 21
Take Highway 503 and USFS Road 90 to the
junction of Road #23. Go north towards Randle.
In a couple miles will see the signs for Council Lake.
Take Road#2334 and the lake and campground
are 1 mile.

Tokhlaka Lake is 3 miles north on Road #23.
