When we cook, start with a basic idea, then go
to the store and buy what is the freshest. What
the actual end results are, can vary greatly.

SALAD #01
Start with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
Then add fresh vegetables and fruit...
Top with Poppy Seed Dressing
or Natural Romano Caesar

Today's recipe is:
Iceberg Lettuce
Spinach (Fresh Leafs)
Tomatoes - 4
White Onion
Cheddar Cheese
2 Yellow Apples
2 Red Apples
Corn (canned)
Black Beans (canned)
Garbanzo Beans (canned)
Radish (bunch)
Chives (Fresh chives if available)
Poppy Seed Dressing

Clean, chop, dice, and slice.
Lay down a bed of lettuce and spinach leafs.
Add some onion and tomatoes
Spread some apple pieces around
Spoon on some black and garbanzo beans.
Another couple spoons of corn
Scatter some radish pieces in the mix
Throw some cheese on top.
Add fresh chives
And now for the secret ingredient...
