You are on top of a mountain... It is a good day...
The views are spectacular. You are higher than
most of the other mountains, can almost touch

The first three miles of Road 7N23 is narrow
with steep uphill grades. There are ruts and
washouts. At first we asked is it worth it and
then punched the gas. It was risky for a pas-
senger car, but if you take it slow and easy,
there should be no problems. At the summit,
Road 7N23 winds along the mountain top and
there are camp spots scattered throughout area.

Check the weather forecast, but don't always
believe forecast... This week was presumably
sunny and warm every day, but it snowed
several inches and the road was a sheet of ice.
