figured to be greeted with views

Viewpoint and dispersed camps at
6.5 miles There are roads that wind
all along the canyon's rim, it is easy
to find a good place to hide. Great
views abound. Firepits are scattered
throughout.

Take Hwy.142 west towards Glenwood.

Big puddles after a rainfall

ROAD CONDITIONS:
The main Highway is paved
Spur roads are dirt surface that could be
subject to flood conditions with big puddles
and mud. Not recommended for RVs except
at the campgrounds.

JOHN DAY DAM PETROGLYPHS

Stonehenge Memorial is a replica of
the Stonehenge Monument in England...
Built by Samuel Hill as a memorial to
